It might be a slight reach to have Issa Rae (“Insecure”) as a frontrunner for a nomination, but our gut tells us the Television Academy will pay (or have already paid) attention to HBO’s critical comedy breakout.  Sarah Jessica Parker (“Divorce”) is Emmy royalty so even with Amy Schumer and Laurie Metcalf no longer in the mix it’s gonna be tough for Rachel Bloom (“Crazy Ex-Girlfriend”)Phoebe Waller-Bridge, (“Fleabag”), Constance Wu, “Fresh Off The Boat” or Gina Rodriguez, “Jane the Virgin” to crack the field.
