This holiday season, you can play things a little more traditional at the multiplex, with fare like “The Man Who Invented Christmas” (not that we’re advising you to buy a ticket). But if you’re looking for something that puts a little vodka in the eggnog, “A Bad Moms Christmas” is where you’ll want to be.
Mila Kunis, Kristen Bell, and Kathryn Hahn are back, reprising their roles from the smash hit “Bad Moms,” and this time around, they’re joined by Susan Sarandon, Christine Baranski and Cheryl Hines. And yes, the Christmas season gets out of control with this crew. Here’s the official synopsis:
A BAD MOMS CHRISTMAS follows our three under-appreciated and over-burdened women as they rebel against the challenges and expectations of the Super Bowl for moms: Christmas. And if creating a more perfect holiday for their families wasn’t hard enough, they have to do all of that while hosting and entertaining their own mothers. By the end of the journey, our moms will redefine how to make the holidays special for all and discover a closer relationship with their mothers.
Jon Lucas and Scott Moore, the team behind “The Hangover,” have returned to write and direct “A Bad Moms Christmas” which opens on November 3rd.
