Chan is the guitarist of Providence hardcore band Hulk Out. He works at Borders in his spare time, working in the music department since he is one of the only people on staff who knows music. His musical taste ranges from hip hop to The Beatles to black metal (his favorite band is Nine Inch Nails). He hasn't bought a CD in months, and is planning on taking the year off of CD purchasing, due to the fact that he has too many. I value his musical opinion, and our conversations are usually in depth breakdowns of a variety of music styles and bands.
