Back for the second of four Futurama straight to DVD movies, The Beast With A Billion Backs is much less complex than Bender's Big Score, but that doesn't mean that it isn't flooded with great plot lines that you'll have to watch (I'm not describing them for you).
There are some pretty shocking moments on here that you'll have to see to believe, but I think the writers cleverly wimped out in the end.
This is a film that you basically know the endpoint to, but you're not quite sure how they're gonna take you. There are some great moments and this film takes a hard look at the meaning of love and what Heaven actually is, albeit in their own Harvard way.
The extras are plentiful, as is the case with all Futurama DVDs. This one features commentary, a look at the voice actors in the studio, David Cross eating popcorn and more. Matt Groening and company really know how to pack those DVDs solid.
