There were a lot of things that made “Guardians Of The Galaxy” feel like a breath of fresh air in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The film was looser and quirkier than anything else Marvel had done until that point, and director James Gunn came armed with a massive soundtrack, powering the superhero flick with a series of jukebox cuts that also helped give the picture its own distinct flavor. Well, Gunn and Marvel want you to get hooked on a feeling again.
Blue Suede‘s “Hooked On A Feeling” presses play on the first trailer for the movie which brings some intriguing new additions in Kurt Russell and Sylvester Stallone to the cast that includes Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Vin Diesel, Bradley Cooper, Michael Rooker, Karen Gillan, Sean Gunn, Pom Klementieff, Elizabeth Debicki, and Chris Sullivan. Set to the backdrop of Awesome Mixtape #2, Marvel’s “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2” continues the team’s adventures as they traverse the outer reaches of the cosmos.
