Well, it might be time to get acquainted with “Sense8.” While reviews were mixed for the first season, not only did it connect with audiences, according to Brandwatch, it’s one of the most anticipated returning Netflix shows in 2017 along with “House Of Cards” season five, and “Stranger Things” season two. Dang.

The Wachowskis are behind the camera for this show in which an array of characters are connected in a multitude with ways, with the series touching upon politics, gender, sexuality, and much more. Here’s the official synopsis for “Sense8” season two:

Picking up where season one left off, Capheus, Kala, Lito, Nomi, Riley, Sun, Will and Wolfgang come together both physically and mentally, plunged into the middle of each other’s tragedies and triumphs. On the run from Whispers, and forced to question their very identity, it’s a matter of survival as the Sensates must find a way to live with, understand and protect one another against all odds.
