Overall, these are standard TV spots. If you’ve seen the trailers, then you’ve seen most of what’s in the clips. However, there is one surprise that is sure to get a reaction from fans of the original films. It appears that the new Ghostbusters will face off against the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man. Clearly, the movie isn’t worried about borrowing what worked before. It’s unclear whether the callbacks to the original films will detract from the reboot or enhance the experience.

There are a few other moments that stood out. The proposed logo by receptionist Kevin, played by Chris Hemsworth, shows his desire to stress the female aspect of the new crew. There’s a nice moment where it’s clear that some of the characters weren’t the most popular in high school. And finally, did you know that you can actually punch a ghost? Well, you can!

“Ghostbusters” will be released July 15th.
