While Netflix may be rolling (very) early on the promotion for “Stranger Things” season two, the higher profile for the show means that for everyone involved, they are not only dealing with newfound fame, but increased scrutiny for any details or scraps of clues about the next batch of episodes. Creators Matt and Ross Duffer have already said the chapter titles that have been revealed will be changing to throw fans off the scent, and overall, information is on lockdown.
“We literally consulted with the producers on ‘Game of Thrones‘ to learn security protocols,” executive producer Shawn Levy told EW about the tightened grip around the production.
“We had no security protocols last season and we have extensive security protocols this season. I can’t speak about what they are because then people could crack them. We protect every story point, every page of every script,” he added. Damn, that’s some intense stuff.
So, until the next official bit of information about “Stranger Things” season 2 — which lands on Halloween — these new official photos will have to satisfy your curiosity.
