Logan Marshall-Green Joins 'Spider-Man: Homecoming' In Villain Role, Martin Starr Boards Too

Logan Marshall-Green has always seemed to be on the cusp of breaking out, alternating between blockbusters (“Prometheus“) and indie flicks (“Madame Bovary,” this year’s lean and mean thriller “The Invitation“) with nothing quite clicking. His time may come with upcoming Cinemax series “Quarry,” but whether or not that show connects, the folks at Sony and Marvel are more than satisfied that he can handle the job playing a big screen villain.

THR reports that Marshall-Green has bagged a villain role alongside Michael Keaton in “Spider-Man: Homecoming.” The actor joins the growing ensemble which includes Tom Holland, Marisa Tomei, Tony RevoloriLaura HarrierMarisa Tomei, Kenneth ChoiZendayaDonald Glover, and as Deadline has just revealed, Martin Starr. But who will Marshall-Green be playing? Well, there’s been some theories…

**Spoilers** Last month it was rumored that in addition to Keaton’s The Vulture, The Tinkerer would be popping by to help the lead villain built his suit. Again, this isn’t official, but it seems like a pretty good guess. **Spoilers end**
