Described as “Chronicle” meets “Iron Man,” for many that will be the only thing they need to know about the upcoming “Sleight.” But the film has been earning steady buzz since it debuted last year at the Sundance Film Festival, and the full-length trailer is here to make some magic.

And that’s not just a colorful description, as the money really does center around a magician, albeit one that can’t transform the circumstances that put him in the path of real danger. Here’s the official synopsis:
A young street magician (Jacob Latimore) is left to care for his little sister after their parents’ passing and turns to illegal activities to keep a roof over their heads. When he gets in too deep, his sister is kidnapped and he is forced to use his magic and brilliant mind to save her.
