For our interest, the movies, last week saw the release of the highest paid actress list, with the financial site using their alchemy of number crunching to place Emma Stone at the top of the heap. However, what’s most interesting is that the ten highest paid actresses would’ve even crack the top ten of the male counterparts.

Mark Wahlberg leads the way for actors, having earned a projected $68 million across the last year. Like many of the names on this list, Wahlberg can thank decent paydays for blockbuster projects, and some producing scratch too, for making his bank account a fun place to be. Bollywood made its presence felt in the top ten with Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, and Akshay Kumar all nabbing spots, while Jackie Chan shows his star power still has appeal in many places around the world. Meanwhile, in the battle of Canadian Ryans, Ryan Gosling won out.
