It’s not just movies at that will be unfolding at the Sundance Film Festival. Television is increasingly becoming part of the cinematic conversation, and this year as part of the Indie Episodic Episodes lineup, “Paint” will be looking to make an impression.

Written and directed by Michael Walker, and starring Joshua Caras, Olivia Luccardi, Paul Cooper, Amy Hargreaves, and David Patrick Kelley, the pilot will introduce audiences to this half-hour comedy/drama that follows the adventures and exploits of three young artists living in Brooklyn, as they struggle to make it not only in the art world but in life. In this exclusive clip, we see one young artist trying to find his artistic voice, as he presents a rather outrageous idea for a painting to his mother.
“Paint” will premiere on January 23rd in Park City at The Ray.
