Soundtrack For 'For A Good Time Call' Features Los Campesinos!, Operator Please, Timber Timbre, More

nullFrenemies that become phone-sex besties. That's the premise of the Sundance indie comedy "For a Good Time, Call…" Starring Ari Graynor ("The Sitter") and Lauren Miller with appearances by Seth Rogen, Justin Long, Mimi Rogers, James Wolk, Mark Webber, Nia Vardalos and more, Focus Features is releasing the film on August 31.

The synopsis: The reserved Lauren and the irrepressible Katie are polar opposites… and past enemies. But when both come up short on the funds needed to afford their dream New York City apartment a mutual friend re-introduces them. And in order to make ends meet, the unlikely pair start a phone sex line together.

And now details of the soundtrack have arrived via Lakeshore Records. The indie-rific disc arrives digitally on August 28th and lands on CD sometime in September. The 12-track soundtrack features Canadian folk music rockers and 2009 Polaris prize nominees Timber Timbre, critically acclaimed Cardiff, Wales-bred indie-pop seven piece Los Campesinos!, Australian pop band Operator Please, American indie-rock duo Generationals and more. While we missed this one at Sundance earlier this year, recent trailers are pretty funny and endearing, so let's hope the film follows through.
