Josh and Benny Safdie have always been on the cusp, impressing many with earlier works like “Daddy Longlegs” and “Heaven Knows What.” Now, they’re getting ready for a larger spotlight with “Good Time,” helped in part by a lead turn from Robert Pattinson.

Featuring an intriguing supporting cast that includes “Captain Phillips” star Barkhad Abdi and Jennifer Jason Leigh, and a score by Oneohtrix Point Never, the story follows a young man who tries get his brother out of jail following a botched bank robbery. Here’s the official synopsis:
