Chuck Ragan-"Symmetry"/"It's What You Will"
No Idea
October 2006

The October series of this Seven Inch club offers two more solo songs from Chuck Ragan, and these, like September's offerings, are damn enjoyable pieces of music. "Symmetry" is a slower ballad type of song that features a clean electric guitar over Ragan's soothing and comforting voice. "It's What You Will" sounds like a protest song, something along the lines of Bob Dylan, especially when the harmonica comes into play (a harmonica is also used in "Symmetry," making for a nice bridge).

My one complaint with this series so far has to be the lack of a lyric sheet. All four songs released so far have been great, and I'd really like to read along to the lyrics (and eventually sing while doing an unplugged air guitar session), but they're not there. I'm hoping that the lyrics will be included in the CD that will eventually be released.
