Watch: Clip From 'The Dictator' Shows Film's Secret Weapon Jason Mantzoukas Plus New Images From Movie

null"The Dictator" opens in just a couple of days, and while Paramount had initially moved the film to get out of the way of "Dark Shadows," it was actually "The Avengers" they would end up avoiding, as the superhero movie continued smashing box office records in week two. But if you already saw the comic book movie, then we urge you to see Sacha Baron Cohen's latest…why? Because it's pretty fucking funny.

A lengthy, button pushing, and not at all PC clip from one of the flim's best sequences has hit the web, to help get the word out about the flick. And while seeing this much of the already slim 80-minute or so movie in advance isn't usually something we'd recommend, it goes give us a chance to talk about Jason Mantzoukas. The little known actor, perhaps best recognized from "The League" or as Dennis Feinstein on "Parks & Recreation," really impresses as Nadal, Wadiya's former head of the nuclear program who runs into General Aladeen in Manhattan. They form an alliance (of sorts) to help the great leader prevent democracy from coming to Wadiya, and Mantzoukas gets some big laughs in the movie. And while this isn't exactly a strong example of his scene stealing work, he does manage to get off a couple of good one liners along the way and show off his ability to go toe-to-toe with Cohen.

Anyway, give it a peek below followed by some new images from the film. "The Dictator" opens on May 16th.
