Yeah, I know feels like we’ve been writing about this movie for an eternity, but believe it or not, "Clouds Of Sils Maria" still hasn’t been released in the U.S. That changes in a few weeks, and soon you’ll get to see the movie, and we’ll be able to move on to other things. But first, a new clip and poster have arrived.
To recap, the film is the latest from Olivier Assayas, stars Juliette Binoche, Kristen Stewart and Chloë Moretz, and tells the story of an aging movie star who agrees to participate in the revival of a stage play that made her famous decades ago. The twist is that she’ll now play the older female lead role in the play, with the younger part going to a rising young ingenue. But as you’ll see in this clip, the movie star’s assistant, played by César Award winning Stewart (the first American actress to ever win the French award), is obsessed with the starlet.
