Zack Snyder will be on "Conan" tonight, and the geek-o-sphere is buzzing about what he’ll reveal. Perhaps a clip from "Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice"? Bring out the cast of "Justice League"? Or maybe he’ll just finally apologize for "Sucker Punch." But until we find out, there’s some new DC Comics news swimming to shore.
Variety reports that Amber Heard in is talks to join "Aquaman" as Mera, the love interest to the oceanic hero, set to played by Jason Momoa. An undersea queen who eventually marries Aquaman in the comics, Mera/Heard will appear in "Justice League" and then in the standalone movie.
Production on "Justice League" stars in April and it will be released on November 17, 2017. "Aquaman" arrives on July 27, 2018.
