The songwriting duo of Rodgers and Hart are best known for a number of songs including the ballad “Blue Moon,” which was released in the ‘30s. Unfortunately, they ended their professional relationship after Hart become an alcoholic and suffered from mental illness. Rodgers would then go on to team with Oscar Hammerstein II for “Oklahoma!” which would go on to revolutionize the musical industry.

As mentioned, Linklater is currently waiting for the release of “Hit Man,” a romantic comedy about a man who poses as a hitman to help capture people who want to hire him. But wouldn’t you know it? He ends up meeting a beautiful woman who wants to hire a hitman and hilarity ensues. Linklater is probably best known for films such as “Boyhood,” the ‘Before’ trilogy, “School of Rock,” and of course, “Dazed and Confused.”
