With the “Stranger Things” fifth and final season done (the finale debuting on New Year’s Eve), the Duffer Brothers are moving on to other things, including a new spinoff set in the same universe. As the creative sibilings have teased new details about the gestating Netflix project in a new interview with Josh Horowitz on his popular industry podcast, “Happy Sad Confused.”

The Duffer Brothers told Horowitz, not only is their “Stranger Things” spinoff (the two admitting they’re co-creating it) going to feature all new characters, but will attempt to keep the ensemble angle of the previous series.
