It speaks to the breadth of the Tribeca Film Festival that the selections encompass everything from independent cinema to foreign films and beyond. And so, there’s plenty of space for a unique title like "The Survivalist," and today we have an exclusive and very tense clip from the film.
Written and directed by Stephen Fingleton, and featuring Martin McCann, "Nymphomaniac" star Mia Goth, and Olwen Fouéré, the post-apocalyptic tale follows a man struggling to survive on his own, in constant fear of dangerous, marauding gangs, who finds his world turned upside when he encounters a woman and her daughter looking for food and shelter.
