Watch: Aaron Paul & Imogen Poots Want To Live In First Trailer For 'A Long Way Down'

A Long Way Down

This spring, Aaron Paul and Imogen Poots will put the pedal the metal in “Need For Speed,” risking their lives in the dangerous world of underground street racing. But first, they’ve paired up to try and leap to their death in “A Long Way Down“…only to decide that maybe life is worth living after all.

The first trailer for the Nick Hornby adaptation is here, and it’s about what you might expect. Co-starring Pierce Brosnan and Toni Collette, the story revolves around four suicidal people who all attempt to jump off the same building on New Year’s Eve, only to decide to make a pact to stick around for a couple more months. And of course, their lives take unexpected turns with fame and frivolity following, and probably some feelings too. All told, it looks like A Nick Hornby Movie (which isn’t necessarily a bad thing), though we’re kind of done with Aaron Paul always playing that same kinda guy.

“A Long Way Down” hits the Berlin Film Festival next month and opens in the U.K. on March 21st. There’s no U.S. distributor or release date yet. [Digital Spy]
