"Mad Max: Fury Road" is coming and we’ll take whatever taste from the film we can get. The new footage screened this week at SXSW got our men on the ground pretty excited, and if you were wondering whether or not George Miller would be allowed to put the pedal to the metal for his vision, rest assured, nothing is compromised to get a more palatable movie rating.
The film has been officially rated R (via JoBlo) for "intense sequences of violence throughout, and for disturbing images." So, for all the killer trailers that we’ve been getting for the movie, it’s just a fraction of the mayhem to come. And while this new look from Japan features a lot of footage you’ve seen before, there seem to be a few new cuts. Let’s not kid ourselves: this is just a great trailer so it’s worth spinning again.
