We’re entering weekend two of "Interstellar," and there is already much material concerned with the film on TV and throughout the web, should you need to buttress your particular point of view. There’s a 40-minute Discovery Channel special, an absurd amount of in depth interviews with the director and cast, and you can even read our essay about how "Interstellar" ties into Nolan’s ongoing concerns about parenthood.
While he can’t reach the outer reaches of the galaxy just yet, Nolan is certainly making his presence known all over the globe, and Sky TV in the UK recently aired a 20-minute special, "Interstellar: Nolan’s Odyssey." Hosted by a guy who looks like a clean cut, British version of Shia LaBeouf, the special discusses the entirety of Nolan’s career, with insights from Hugh Jackman, Michael Caine, and of course the director and cast members of "Interstellar."
