'Twilight' C-List Stars Contract Dispute Is Over: 'Breaking Dawn 2' Announced Soon?

News that’s almost 24 hours old now! Which in Internet years is like, so two weeks ago.

Regardless, we started writing about the “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn” C-list actors holding out for more money and we thought we’d close that loop.

Actors you may have never heard of unless you’re under 15, Ashley Greene, Kellan Lutz, Peter Facinelli, Jackson Rathbone, Elizabeth Reaser and Nikki Reed (ok you’ve probably heard of Greene and Lutz pictured here who seem to be the C+list stars) were holding out for more money for the fourth and fifth “Twilight” films, presumably because they hadn’t signed on for a fifth film (originally, the four books were only planned as four films). Which is odd because Summit Entertainment hasn’t even decided if they’re going to split “Breaking Dawn” into two films or not.

Some of the actors were apparently asking up to $4 million dollars in a united front effort. Anyhow these negotiations have been resolved and as Nikki Finke says, “the brats” got what they wanted. Whether that means they got the exact amount of money they were holding out for or not is unknown, but the contract dispute is over. We assume this means that Summit can now announce the worst-kept secret ever: “Breaking Dawn 2” or whatever they want to call it, will be announced soon. You really, really care. Also, if you think the acting in “Twilight” is bad in general, some of these aforementioned names are just especially and extraordinarily terrible.
