Got a Tip?

Full ‘Inglourious Basterds’ Trailer Goes Live

“A Basterds Work Is Never Done.”
The full ‘Inglourious Basterds’ trailer is up. Someone will pinch it so we can embed soon enough. It’s basically what you saw last night, frankly, but just uncut and it is much better quality and you do get a better look at some of the actors, especially Michael Bacall (who’s written “Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World,” btw), who you could barely see in last night’s teaser. Take a look at Lt. Aldo Raine’s (Brad Pitt’s) lynching neck scar too. You can see it quite clearly. In the meantime, it’s here at Yahoo Movies. What the hell is that terrible rock song? We thought it was just Entertainment Tonight doing their regular B.S. This sounds like Filter or some such crap. Vaguely sounds like Ramin Djawadi’s guitar-heavy “Iron Man” score too. Anyhow, “Inglourious Basterds” hits theaters August 21 (talk about promoting it early!). Update: Here’s the embed.

Here’s a few stills from the film as well. The Basterd on the right next to Samm Levine is Bacall who plays a solider named Zimmerman. His character is not in the script that leaked last year and neither is Omar Doom’s character PFC Omar Ulmer (both actors are friends of Tarantino’s and had small parts in “Death Proof.”) We’re curious if they’re going to get some speaking parts written for them or what. Here’s a full-run down of who and what we see in the trailer.
