We’re about six weeks away from getting beamed up into whatever J.J. Abrams has put together for “Star Trek Into Darkness” aka “The Movie He’s Doing That Isn’t Star Wars Episode 7.” And of course, plot details are still being kept locked up. All we know is that Benedict Cumberbatch is the bad guy and Alice Eve will appear in her underwear, which for many is reason enough to buy a ticket. But in case you need a little more coaxing, here are a few more pics from the film.
Looking like a deleted scene from “Prometheus,” we get Zachary Quinto‘s Spock in a futuristic space helmet along with some dry ice, while Chris Pine‘s Kirk hangs on for dear life. Meanwhile, there’s Anton Yelchin under pressure and a tiny pic of John Cho manning the controls. So yeah, no spoilers here, and pretty standard stuff all around.
