Boy, this is going to be a convoluted one, and why is reading certain sites for news like trying to figure out the Sunday New York Times crossword in a mirror? Are you caught up with your “Star Wars: Episode VII” rumors and tall tales of late? They sort of go like this, and as usual, potential spoilers abound: 1. The bad guys in “Star Wars: Episode VII” are being called “Jedi Hunters” and they are possibly played by Lupita Nyong’o, Adam Driver, and David Oyelowo, the latter of which would be a new name to the cast (though he’s been rumored in the past). 2. The Force.Net calls the above report, totally wrong.
Great, cool, can we ignore and all move on? Well, Latino Review jumps into the fray and adds… lots and lots of words many of which won’t make a ton of sense to you unless you speak Wookie (I do and it’s still giving me a headache). Here’s what we can glean from this…report… David Oyelowo appears to be in the film, but he is not, as rumored, playing a CG character. Lupita Nyong’o and Adam Driver both indeed seem to be villains. Jedi Hunters is maybe an inaccurate term that movie nerds are fighting over and maybe it’s better to call them mercenaries who happen to use lightsabers and may wear dark Sith-like clothing.
That’s about the gist of the information, though there’s more little details beyond that if you want to spoil every little secret of “Star Wars: Episode VII” because it seems like you do. At least the webmasters of the world think so because every little ‘Episode VII’ morsel seems to do incredibly good traffic. And so really, it’s all your fault. Say hi to J.J. for us.
