Lance Armstrong reportedly showed up late to the Tour De France as a result of meeting with Ben Stiller about a sequel to “Dodgeball” which Armstrong had a cameo in.
A sequel is apparently in the works and will feature a cycling-influenced storyline. Not sure we buy it, half of Moviehole’s stories turn out to be bullshit so buyer beware. More importantly, we’re not sure we or anybody else cares. “Dodgeball,” is surprisingly decent for a from-the-groin, low-level B-comedy (or at least it has its moments and a few laughs), but Stiller and his character were the most obnoxious element of the entire film and if it weren’t for Vince Vaughn, the picture would have been a total wash.[Moviehole]
