It’s been four years since the surprise international success of the Swedish-language version of “The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo,” and early next month director Niels Arden Oplev will re-team with Noomi Rapace for his English-language debut, the crime thriller “Dead Man Down.” And we've got some exclusive new pics from the film of the actress, along with her co-star Colin Farrell.
The film tells the story of a hitman (Farrell) who’s hired by a young woman named Beatrice (Rapace) to kill a New York City crime lord (played Terrence Howard) to settle a personal vendetta. The film looks as pulpy, moody and twisty as the helmer’s breakout, and will likely appeal to those who enjoyed 'Dragon Tattoo.' In addition to the new snaps above and below, three clips — roughly a minute each — also made their way online this week, to give you an additional sneak peek at what the gritty picture will be serving up.
Lastly, you can follow Beatrice on Instagram and then upload your own photos to Instagram using the hashtag #ISawWhatYouDid for your chance to win a $100 Visa Gift Card. Head over to the film's official Facebook page for more details and a link to the rules. And then you can go see "Dead Man Down" on March 8th.
