The word “mindblowing” is tossed around a lot, particularly during the summer season when blockbusters bring forth expensive, explosion filled spectacles. But few movies this year will truly define that term, and certainly none of them will be as unique and distinctive as Jonathan Glazer‘s “Under The Skin.” A film we named as one of The Best Films Of 2014 So Far…, if you missed it on the big screen, you’ll soon be able to catch up with it at home.
A24 will be releasing “Under The Skin” digitally on June 24th, and it will also be available on DVD and Blu-ray on July 15th. To help get you ready, we have an exclusive motion poster for the film, one that nicely captures the carefully modulated tone Glazer lays out through the entire film. And the music? That’s Mica Levi‘s terrific score, certainly one of the year’s best, and worthy of headphone listening, and it just so happens, we can help out with that — we’ve got copies of the soundtrack signed by the director and composer for some lucky readers. How do you win?
Email us your name, address, and let us know which book you’d like to see Glazer adapt next (fyi, “Under The Skin” is based on the novel by Michel Faber). Good luck! Motion poster below. Update: Contest is closed, winners will be contacted via email.
