The “Iron Man 2” international poster has started making the rounds causing lots of drooling from fanboys, but good god, this has to be the worst case of stuff-pasted-together-in-Photoshop disease we’ve seen in awhile.
The poster, pictured left, does the indignity of making it look like Robert Downey Jr. and Don Cheadle have a severe case of indigestion while Scarlett Johansson, to put it crudley, looks like she just let a fierce one rip. In short, glowing fireballs in the middle of a poster? Generally not a great idea if you’re going to surround it with people. Iron Man, War Machine, Pepper Potts and Whiplash are all there too. We’re not sure why a poster featuring every major character in the film needed to made, but I guess the studio wants their bases covered.
“Iron Man 2” stars rolling out internationally on April 28th and opens in the U.S. on May 7th.
