It’s officially a thing now. Following the success of “Disney Gallery: The Mandalorian,” Disney+’s behind-the-scenes look at the making of and Lucasfilm’s hit “Star Wars” show, it appears that every major Disney+ series is going to receive a doc series about the making of the show. This one’s a brand-new, one-off documentary-style special and not a series. Still, the impetus is the same: “Assembled: The Making of ‘WandaVision,” is a behind-the-scenes of Marvel Studios’ hit series “WandaVision,” and it keeps the conversation going for a much-talked-about.

The special is now streaming exclusively on Disney, and a new trailer is now available. If ‘Assembled’ is anything like ‘Disney Gallery,’ it is sure to be informative, entertaining, and give insights into the creative and storytelling process of the show, ‘The Mandalorian’ series was excellent and even appeals to kids. You get to see Paul Bettany blue—he famously had to wear a different color on his face for the black and white episodes because his regular Vision face would read weird to the cameras for black and white, you get to see what color the costumes for the entire cast were in black and white, old-fashioned wire work for some of Wanda’s magic, and in general, just get a better peek behind the curtain of how the studio’s crew went to great lengths to emulate the look of vintage TV while creating a Marvel show about grief, witches, family, loss, delusional magic hexes, and much more.
