The holiday party at work is the one time of year where you get the chance to see your co-workers for who they really are. Sometimes, all it takes is a couple glasses of eggnog to loosen ties, and suddenly Chad from Accounting is saying what he really thinks of the boss, right to his face. And in it’s that spirit that “Office Christmas Party” is headed to the big screen.
Starring Jennifer Aniston, T.J. Miller, Jason Bateman, Kate McKinnon, Olivia Munn, Jillian Bell, Rob Corddry, Vanessa Bayer, Randall Park, Sam Richardson, Jamie Chung, and Courtney B. Vance, this ensemble effort lives up to its simple title, with the story revolving around a group of co-workers who have to land one big client to appease their mean boss, right in the middle of Christmas festivities. Things get wild. Here’s the official synopsis:
In OFFICE CHRISTMAS PARTY, when the CEO (Jennifer Aniston) tries to close her hard-partying brother’s branch, he (T.J. Miller) and his Chief Technical Officer (Jason Bateman) must rally their co-workers and host an epic office Christmas party in an effort to impress a potential client and close a sale that will save their jobs.
“Office Christmas Party” opens on December 9th.
