'Race For Glory: Audi Vs Lancia' Trailer: Riccardo Scamarcio, Daniel Brühl, Haley Bennett Star In A New Rally Racing Drama

Ferrari,” Michael Mann’sFerrari,” maybe even Ron Howard’sRush,” racing dramas have really experienced a new shelf life in recent years (not to mention Brad Pitt and “Top Gun: Maverick” filmmaker Joseph Kosinski are putting together their own Formula One racing drama likely sometime in 2024). Is there room and appetite for more? The folks behind “Race for Glory: Audi vs. Lancia” sure hope so.

As seen in the trailer for “Race for Glory: Audi vs. Lancia,” the film follows the story of the Italian Lancia race team as they take on the juggernauts of rally car, the German Audi team. Lancia is hoping to bring something new to the field, with a two-wheel-drive car versus the typical four-wheel-drive. Plus, if you’ve never seen much about rally car racing, then you are missing out. It’s one of the most exciting (and dangerous) forms of racing to ever exist. 

The film stars Riccardo Scamarcio, Volker Bruch, Daniel Brühl, and Haley Bennett. In addition to starring, Scarmarcio also co-wrote the film alongside Filippo Bologna and director Stefano Mordini.
