Robert Rodriguez found some time in the midst of working on “Machete” and “Predators” (and juggling a host of other gestating projects) to shoot a video for Austin-based rocker Bob Schneider’s latest single “40 Dogs (Like Romeo And Juliet).”
The spot, which is currently in post-production, stars Kat Dennings opposite Bob Schneider as two mismatched people who have a romantic encounter. The video is based on an idea by Rodriguez, who is a fan of Schneider’s and of the song (which you can hear below).
Rodriguez is expected to finish the video in the upcoming weeks, while plans for the release are still being put together.
