Actor and martial artist Dannie Yen has big biggest stateside release this weekend when “John Wick: Chapter 4” hits theaters everywhere. Based on Louis Cha‘s classic wuxia novel “Demi-Gods And Semi-Devils,” “Sakra” stars Yen as Qiao Feng, the respected leader of a roving band of martial artists. After being wrongfully accused of murder, Feng goes on the run in search of answers about his mysterious origins and the unknown enemies out to destroy him.
“Sakra” also stars Chen Yuqi, Cya Liu, Wai Ying Hung, Wu Yue, Cheung Siu Fai, Wong Kwan Hing, Du Yuming, Lui Leung Wai, and Tsui Siu Ming.
Sheng Lingzhi, Zhu Wei, He Ben, Chen Li, Shen Lejing, and Xu Yifan adapt Cha’s novel for the big screen.
