‘Silent Night’ Exclusive Clip: Joel Kinnaman Is On A Rampage In John Woo’s Holiday Action Thriller

It’s been 20 years since John Woo last worked on a big Hollywood production (2003’s “Paycheck“). But this year, the legendary filmmaker returned with a proverbial (and quite literal) bang with “Silent Night,” which combines Woo’s love of a revenge story, gratuitous action and over-the-top violence and the beautiful holiday of Christmas.

And with “Silent Night” arriving on VOD just in time for the holidays, we are thrilled to give our readers an exclusive look at a clip from the action film. Don’t worry, the clip isn’t one of those dialogue-heavy teasers that skimps on the action. Actually, that’s kinda the whole deal about “Silent Night,” as the film focuses on a man out for revenge but without the use of his voice. Think “John Wick” if Keanu Reeves really had no dialogue.

In the clip, we see what happens when a man uses his car to murder folks, but he doesn’t actually run them over. Instead, the car is a vessel that allows him to get close to knife and shoot the bad guys. Again, when you talk about a John Woo film, you know the action is going to be creative and amazing, and “Silent Night” delivers just that.
