Watch: 7 Clips From Pablo Larrain's Oscar Nominated 'No' Starring Gael Garcia Bernal

nullThe US premiere for Pablo Larrain’s film “No” is finally around the corner and to commemorate its release, seven different clips of the film are now online. The film was picked up by Sony Pictures Classics after attracting a great amount of buzz when it premiered at the Cannes Directors' Fortnight and it looks as if they are wasting no time trying to get the word out about the film. Now that “No” has recently picked up an Oscar nomination for Best Foreign Language Film, it should be an even easier sell.

Starring Gael Garcia Bernal, “No” tells the story of a young Chilean advertising executive who launches a campaign in 1988 to defeat General Augusto Pinochet in an upcoming referendum. The clips help to give a good sense of the look and feel of the film with its aesthetic aptly evoking the period in which the film is set. The film got a rave review from one of our own when it premiered at the Croisette last May, calling it "a masterwork" that was “one of the breakout films in Cannes.”

“No” will open in the U.S. in limited released on February 15th. In the meantime, be sure to watch all the clips below.
