Marvel doesn’t have any movies in theaters for a few months yet but that doesn’t really stop the promotion machine one iota. “Iron Man 3” hits home video next month and so the studio’s push for the moment is trying to wring some more dollar out of a flick that already crossed $1 billion at the box office.
As such, a couple of goodies are being offered up online. In the first, we get another clip from the short “Marvel One-Shot: Agent Carter.” Hayley Atwell is back reprising her role from “Captain America: The First Avenger” as Peggy Carter, and in this very brief (and sorta dark) scene, we see her tangle with with a rather fearsomely big dude. Next up is a deleted scene from “Iron Man 3,” this time with Ben Kingsley having some fun trying on a variety of accents as actor/pretend villain Mandarin. More Ben Kingsley in comedies, please.
Both the short movie and deleted scenes will be available on “Iron Man 3” when it hits shelves on September 24th. Bonus round: Two clips from featurettes on the disc.
