Are we being too cynical? Has movie fandom become too dismissive, critical, and nitpicky about films that are just here to entertain us? Well, if you agree with that sentiment—put forth in an editorial here—then you might want to avert your eyes from the Honest Trailer for "Guardians Of The Galaxy." But let’s face it, you knew this was coming.
Taking to task Marvel‘s attempt at "Star Wars" (it totally is, with a dash of "Indiana Jones" thrown in for good measure), even Screen Junkies admit they’re "really reaching here, this was a fun movie." Can’t deny they’re being honest. Still, they do point out the formula of all it (this is basically "Space Avengers"), and the film’s needlessly loopy plot involving stones and aliens and well, Marvel can do what they want because will show up regardless. Watch below and let us know if this is too unfair to the generally beloved movie.
