David Gordon Green's ventures with the Judd Apatow crowd have had him take on the likes of "Pineapple Express" and "Your Highness," but with recent news of a potential return to more serious material with an adaptation of time-bending, romantic drama "Q," (as well as the gestating "Suspiria" remake and the Barefoot Bandit tale) it looks like the upcoming babysitting flick "The Sitter," starring Jonah Hill, could be our last opportunity to see the helmer tackle an R-rated comedy for a while.
The new red band trailer for "The Sitter" has now dropped, featuring a handful of new scenes. This iteration has less of a focus on his romances with Ari Graynor and more on Hill's misadventures with children in inappropriate places, as well as his interactions with an array of interesting chracters. With a cast that features Sam Rockwell, J.B. Smoove, Method Man and, of course, the children; Max Records, Kevin Hernandez and Landry Bender, will Gordon Green's description of an "After Hours" meets "Adventures In Babysitting" vibe for the film stick?
The film now hits theaters on December 9th. Check out the new red band trailer below as well as a new image from the film. [IGN]
