So, will “The Internship” be a comedic look at the issue of unemployment gripping the country, another jaunt for Owen Wilson and Vince Vaughn, or perhaps both? The aim seems to be to hit that middle sweet spot, and four clips and a brand new featurette are here to give you another taste of the movie before it hits theaters on Friday.
In case you’re still not aware, the movie finds the comic bros playing middle-aged, recently laid off men who vie with much younger kids to land a job at Google. Basically, it’s a premise to let Owen and Vince do their goofball thing, and it looks amusing enough, even if the Quidditch sequence more than nods to “Dodgeball.” But perhaps the high-tech setting along with the young cast playing the Nooglers, will give some fresh bounce to the comfortable patter between our two leads.
