Today, "Guardians Of The Galaxy" rolls into theatres, and it’s expected to break the August box office record. Like all Marvel productions, "G.O.T.G." is also expected to include a post-credits stinger connecting the film with the "Marvel Cinematic Universe," while setting the table for the studio’s 2015 movies and irritating ushers who just want to finish their shift. But every Marvel film includes many "easter eggs" beloved of eagle-eyed Marvel Zombies: you can try to parse out the various clues hidden within the movies themselves, but in case you’re new to the game, MTV has got you covered.
The website dropped a video featuring all the easter eggs in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (except for "Captain America: The Winter Soldier" which isn’t on home video just yet and obviously ‘Guardians’) to bring you up to speed. From the location of Avengers on a map in "Iron Man 2" to the Infinity Gauntlet in "Thor," MTV covered the waterfront in this video. And whether or not trains-spotting floats your boat, you gotta admire Marvel’s devotion to their franchise and fans.
