One of the more oddball memes in recent memory has been Ryan Gosling Won’t Eat His Cereal. “I was watching ‘Drive‘ and eating cereal one day, and it kind of looked like Ryan Gosling was staring at my cereal,” Ryan McHenry told EW in 2013 about the genesis of what became a hit on Vine. But sadly, McHenry passed away on Sunday following a battle with osteosarcoma, and Gosling himself has paid tribute.
The actor hit Vine with simple clip of him digging into a bowl of cereal, and followed it up with a post on Twitter sending his condolences to the McHenry family. Check it all out below along with a video compilation of Gosling not eating his damn cereal.
