Well, here’s a combination of names we never thought we’d see: Arnold Schwarzenegger starring in a movie produced by Darren Aronofsky, with a script by “Enemy” screenwriter Javier Gullón. That’s a helluva combo and already our eyebrows are raised for “Aftermath.”

Co-starring Maggie Grace and Scoot McNairy, and directed by Elliott Lester (“Blitz“), the story follows a construction worker who suffers a devastating tragedy and turns to revenge to seek the justice he’s looking for. Here’s the official synopsis:
Two strangers’ lives become inextricably bound together after a devastating plane crash. Inspired by actual events, AFTERMATH tells a story of guilt and revenge after an air traffic controller’s (Scoot McNairy) error causes the death of a construction foreman’s (Arnold Schwarzenegger) wife and daughter.
“Aftermath” opens on April 7th.
