It's A House Divided In New Trailer For 'Shameless' Season 7

Like the drunken, misanthropic, amoral Gallagher patriarch, Showtime’s “Shameless refuses to die, now entering its seventh season. But I don’t blame Showtime one bit for keeping the show alive with such a killer cast, starring double Emmy and SAG winner and Oscar nominee William H. Macy and Golden Globe nominee Emmy Rossum, along with the stellar Jeremy Allen White, Ethan Cutkosky, Shanola Hampton, Steve Howey, Emma Kenney, Cameron Monaghan and Isidora Goreshter.

The latest season picks up a month after the oldest Gallagher Fiona’s disastrous would-be nuptials. Things are looking somewhat up for the Gallagher clan with Fiona becoming the manager of Patsy’s, Lip having dried out in rehab and Ian maintaining his mental health; but like the world’s most unkillable cockroach, Frank Gallagher once again rears his ugly head. After awakening from a coma and discovering his family dumped him in the Chicago River after ruining Fiona’s wedding day, Frank is ready to declare war. Needless to say, the Gallaghers aren’t willing to go down without a bare-knuckle fight, but will the fractured family be able to put up a united front? I myself can’t wait to find out.

Shameless” premiers Sunday, October 2 at 9 p.m. ET/PT.
