“Good Omens”
Based on the popular novel from science fiction writers Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett, “Good Omens” returns for its highly anticipated second season since it first aired four years ago. David Tennant and Michael Sheen return as the odd couple, demon Crowley and angel Aziraphale. The two are once again tasked with saving the world with stories beyond the existing source material. Jon Hamm, Doon Mackichan, and Gloria Obianyo also star.
Release Date: Season 2 premieres July 28 on Amazon Prime.
“Heels”
Stephen Amell and Alexander Ludwig return for season two of the Starz hit series “Heels.” Created by Michael Waldron, the series dives into the behind-the-scenes of professional wrestling. Season two will pick up where the season one finale left off, with the two brothers, played by Amell and Ludwig, at odds. Alison Luff, Mary McCormick, Kelli Berglund, and more all return with new cast additions, including Josh Segarra and Emmy Raver-Lampman.
Release Date: Season 2 premieres July 28 on Starz.
“Breeders”
Some shows make it to four seasons without huge buzz but with big enough followings that they can quietly exist. And that’s precisely where FX’s “Breeders” has been all this time. Not necessarily a huge hit, the series has outlived others—perhaps most notably the beloved and critically acclaimed FX series, “Reservation Dogs,” which is ending after only three seasons. “Breeders,” in short, is a family comedy with enough laughs but tears, heart, and soul to satisfy everyone. The Worsley family returns in this final season with Martin Freeman, Daisy Haggard, Alun Armstrong, and Joanna Bacon, hopefully, all landing them in a good place for this final farewell.
Release Date: The fourth and final premieres July 31 on FX.
