'Baskets' Season 3 Trailer: Zach Galifianakis Is Just A Dumb Clown

Baskets” was formerly part of the retinue of shows on FX that had the Louis C.K. brand on them. However, after the fallout surrounding the comedian/actor/filmmaker the network quickly scrubbed him off those productions. So, here comes the third season of “Baskets,” which moves foward without the shadow of Louis C.K. lingering over it.r

Frankly, I’m a bit surprised “Baskets” has managed to make it this far, because while the show starring Zach Galifianakis has earned plenty of acclaim, and notices for the surprising turn by Louie Anderson, it doesn’t seem like anybody is actually watching it. Maybe I’m wrong? Here’s the season three synopsis:

Welcome to the Baskets Family Rodeo, where Christine (Anderson) is the President and CEO, despite never having seen a rodeo before, and Chip (Galifianakis) has his first full-time gig since Arby’s but can barely transfer a phone call, let alone recruit much-needed clowns. Dale (Galifianakis) is the only one in the family who has run a business, but he can’t get anyone to listen to him – not even the horses. Good thing Martha (Martha Kelly) is always nearby to lend a hand.

“Baskets” returns on January 23rd.
