Beef Watch: Seth Rogen Vs. 'Entourage'

This week’s episode of “Entourage” apparently included some pretty harsh dialogue regarding Seth Rogen. Apparently members of the cast called his, ““ugliness…oddly fascinating.”

Now, in what may be the beginning of some interesting beef between the two parties, Rogen has responded.

“Yeah, those guys are assholes. I actually ran into Matt…Kevin Dillon in a Starbucks. And he’s like, ‘You know, I’ve got to kind of apologize because apparently the guy who created our show doesn’t like you so much.’ And I said, ‘Well I have reason to believe because I think [showrunner] Doug Ellin is a moron from all I can understand so it makes sense he doesn’t like me,’ ” he revealed. “It’s on. Luckily I never have and never plan on watching ‘Entourage.’ “

Ooh, burnsauce? We stopped watching “Entourage” long ago as the quality seemed to vastly drop off and we tuned out.

Are we missing anything? What do others think? Movieline says the diss is a, “typically late-to-the-game, random cultural broadside” and further add, “We would eagerly anticipate a rebuttal from Ellin, but we know how foreign the idea of creating conflict is to the writers of ‘Entourage.’ “

Vulture, who seemingly treats the show as a trainwreck they can’t avert their eyes from complains about the show each week, but masochistically continues to watch it. Their newest headline reads: Entourage Writers Have Now Fallen Roughly Two Years Behind the Zeitgeist. Guys, just turn off the TV already, it won’t hurt you.

Does this mean Rogen has already won? More importantly does anyone care? [ed. peep]
